To bring the classic Iron Man villain to life, I worked from the concept art as well as referencing modern Russian vehicles such as the T-72 and Mil-24 Hind to add additional depth and detail.
The model has fully articulated weapons and tesla coil system, a complete cockpit interior and swappable damaged armor plates since the model would also be used in-game cut scenes
This model was modeled, UV layout, texture and rendering done in Modo. The completed model was exported into Maya for rigging and in-game CGFX shader set-up.
Being a boss, the in-game model could have more polygons than others, and consists of 23198 triangle polygons and 3x 1024 texture map sets for Diffuse, Normal, Specular, and Illumination.
